Why can't I complete a cash transfer at an ATM?

You may have disabled the Card Control "ATM withdrawals". To enable "ATM withdrawals", please visit Card Controls, which can be found within the Card Management section in our App or Internet Banking.

If you have ATM withdrawals enabled, please contact a branch, email us at or call us on 132 888 (8am-8pm AESDT Monday to Friday) and we'll be able to help.
