Towards a nature positive 2030
We know protecting nature and preserving biodiversity of plants and animals are important issues to our customers.
So, together with our customers and partners, we’re working towards a 2030 where nature is protected and recovering. Our nature and biodiversity strategy recognises the links between nature and biodiversity and Bank Australia’s other impact priorities.
First Nations Recognition and Respect Strategy
This strategy sets our vision to 2030 for walking together towards First Nations justice, reconciliation and self-determination. Now more than ever we need to continue progressing reconciliation, and our ongoing commitment to the full realisation of the Uluru Statement from the Heart.

No executive bonuses
The way we see it, the awarding of bonuses to drive sales increases the risk of unethical behaviour that may negatively impact customers. That’s why we don’t pay bonuses to our executives or employees.
