As a result of Tropical Cyclone Alfred, Bank Australia Insurance is not offering any new insurance policies for areas that may be affected. We’re continuing to monitor the situation closely and aim to lift restrictions once the imminent threat has passed. 

For new policies purchased on or after 18th October 2024:
For existing Bank Australia customers who have home and contents insurance, landlord insurance and/or comprehensive car insurance, policy coverage includes flood, storm and cyclone damage. The Need A Broker service may be able to assist you in finding cover that meets your needs.
