Why recommend Bank Australia?

Every friend or family member who joins you as a Bank Australia customer strengthens our collective impact for people and the planet.

What impact are we creating together?

We care for over 2,000 hectares on Wotjobaluk Country (Western Victoria) that make up the conservation reserve. Protecting this land is part of how we take action on nature and biodiversity.

The time for decisive action on climate is now and we know 2050 is too late. We’re working with our customers to reach net zero emissions in our operations and portfolio by 2035.

We don’t lend to coal, gas or oil extraction or fossil fuel electricity generation.

We don’t lend to organisations that use intensive animal farming systems or organisations that export live animals.

What is clean money?

Clean money is our promise to use your money in ways that help people and the planet thrive.
