If you’re a Bank Australia customer who speaks a language other than English, we can help you find the services you need to help with all your banking needs.

Languages other than English

The Bank Australia website can be viewed in other languages using Google Translate. Visit translate.google.com and follow the instructions to instantly translate text and web pages. Your browser may also let you change to another language under the browser settings.

Bank Australia can’t take responsibility for the accuracy of the translation using Google Translate or other translation services.

Interpreter services

Translating and Interpreter Service (TIS National)

The Australian Government's free Translating and Interpreter Service can help you to communicate with us.

This service is available in over 150 languages. We can arrange this service when you call us or visit us in branch.

Indigenous language interpreter services

There are currently 104 NAATI-certified interpreters and translators practising in 30 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander languages across Australia available below.
