Speaking up
Bank Australia recognises that an effective Whistleblowing Program helps a business to learn about problems, improve their practices, and reduce business risks and is also an important part of fostering a culture of ethical behaviour throughout the business.
We encourage employees and external parties to speak up and report any conduct they believe to be inappropriate. Bank Australia provides avenues to allow those who want to raise concerns to do so with appropriate support.
