What is Round UP?

Round UP lets you grow your savings through your daily Visa Debit card purchases.
Any eligible purchase you make using your Visa debit card is rounded up to the nearest $1, $5 or $10 with the extra amount credited to your nominated savings or eligible credit card.

How it works

You can choose any eligible purchase with your Bank Australia Visa Debit card to be rounded up to the nearest $1, $5 or $10 amount in a separate debit transaction.

The extra amount is then transferred to your nominated savings account. Same goes for your Bank Australia credit card, but instead of an increase in savings, you see a decrease on your credit card bill.

How to start rounding up

If you haven't already, open a Bank Australia transaction account.

Next, you need a second account to connect your round UP to. This can be a savings or an eligible Bank Australia Credit card.
 
Log into the Bank Australia app and select 'Round UP' from the side menu.

Follow the onscreen instructions and select your transaction account plus the account you would like to round up to.

*Round UP is an optional feature that rounds up eligible Visa debit card transactions to the nearest $1, $5, or $10, and debits the difference to a nominated eligible account. Round UP will only occur when there are sufficient funds in the account to make the Round UP transaction. Eligible accounts include Everyday Access, Pension Access, Basic Access and Mortgage Offset. Your Round UP can be transferred into either Bonus Saver, Online Saver, mySaver, Mortgage Offset or an eligible Bank Australia Credit Card (Low Rate Visa Credit Card, Visa Credit Card and Platinum Rewards Visa Credit Card).
