Apply for a loan or credit card

Before you start your application please check you have the following information on hand. 

What you'll need:

  • Income – gross (before tax) and net salary (after tax), employment details and other income (from shares, rental property, etc.)
  • Assets – approximate values of property, vehicles, savings, superannuation, etc.
  • Liabilities - loan balances, repayment amounts, credit card or overdraft limits, etc.

If you are not currently a Bank Australia​ customer we can verify your identity online via an Electronic Verification search. Completing the ID check will speed up your loan application. Providing details from one or more of these source documents will assist with ID verification: 

  • Drivers Licence
  • Medicare Card
  • Passport
