If your card has been stolen or lost, please report it immediately to minimise the risk of unauthorised use.
You can report a lost or stolen card from internet banking under 'Services' or you can contact us on 132 888 from within Australia or +61 3 9854 4666 from overseas. If you are calling outside of business hours please listen to our after hours message for directions.
You will need to visit a branch or call 132 888 to order a new card. Once you've placed your order, please allow up to five (5) business days for your new card to arrive if you are located within Australia.
If you are overseas, VISA International can organise a replacement card, however, it will cost US$175 and will not be issued with a PIN. We suggest taking a Cash Passport card because it works just like a credit card (except it is preloaded with money), however a free card replacement can be issued anywhere in the world.
